The Product Lineup

NORTHERNLINE® offers four fence styles, and we install all of them on Vancouver Island. Each style comes with steel gate inserts and is available in White, Light Grey, Tan, and Khaki.

YUKON — Privacy Fence

The homeowner's favourite. Pro-Grade construction with 0.140" post walls, 5" × 5" posts, and 1.5" × 7" rails. Available in 4ft and 6ft heights with 8ft centre spacing. Ideal for backyards, patios, and side yards where privacy and security matter most. This is the fence we install most often — it's strong enough for daily use from kids and pets, and it stays clean for years.

KODIAK HD — Commercial-Grade Privacy

Our strongest fence. Commercial Grade with 0.175" post walls, 5" × 5" posts, and 2" × 7" rails. Same height and spacing options as the Yukon, but with extra-rigid, reinforced construction built for high-traffic spaces, heavy use, and high-wind exposure. If you're on a waterfront lot, an exposed hillside, or a property that takes a beating from weather, Kodiak HD is the answer.

LODGEMAN — Rail Fence

Perfect for rural properties, acreages, and large yards. Pro-Grade with 36", 42", and 48" heights and 8ft centre spacing. Designed for openness — define your boundary without blocking the view. Popular for livestock areas and country properties across Vancouver Island.

MACKENZIE — Picket Fence

The classic front-yard fence. Pro-Grade with 36", 42", and 48" heights and 6ft centre spacing. Perfect for front yards, walkways, gardens, and strata properties. Clean lines and zero maintenance — the #1 choice for strata.
